LOCATION + PERMIT INFORMATION
Some locations may require photography permits, reservation fees, or other location fees, which are not included in package pricing. Requirements and costs vary depending on the location, date, group size, and type of session.
Some permits must be requested well in advance — in certain locations, applications may need to be submitted up to 60 days before your session. If you're interested in a location that requires a permit or has specific restrictions, I'll help determine what is required and factor any applicable fees into your final quote.
Because permit requirements and fees vary, I may need additional information about your date, group size, and planned location before I can provide an exact total. Please inquire before booking so I can confirm availability, requirements, and any additional fees for your specific session.
Casino & Hotel Photography: Photography policies vary by casino and hotel, and permission is ultimately at the discretion of the property. While I’m always happy to try, I cannot guarantee access or permission to photograph inside casinos, hotels, or other private properties.
Want photos inside the Carousel Bar? The Plaza currently charges a $100 photography fee for professional photos taken while seated at the bar with drinks. This fee is separate from your photography package and is paid directly to the property. If you'd like to include the Carousel Bar in your session, please mention it when inquiring so we can plan accordingly.
Don't want to pay the additional fee? No worries! There are plenty of great photo opportunities around Fremont Street that still give you that Plaza/Fremont Vegas vibe, including photos in front of The Plaza and throughout the surrounding area. You can still get that iconic Vegas look without taking photos inside the Carousel Bar.
